Amazon on Wednesday announced a sequel to its popular Amazon Kindle tablet, dubbed the Kindle Fire HD. The new tablet will feature an 8.9-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The tablet measures in at just 8.8 millimeters thin and weighs 20 ounces, and features a TI OMAP 4470 processor.
